      The Norman Fire Department provides fire, emergency medical, hazardous material and technical rescue services to the city of Norman, Oklahoma.  The department was founded in 1894 as an all volunteer department.  Today, the department is an all-paid organization with more than 163 full-time employees, 9 fire stations, a fire investigation building, training center and an administration building.

        The Norman Fire Department is committed to the preservation of life and property by providing quality and efficient services to our citizens, businesses and vistors.
